Construction East is a regional group of multi-disciplinary construction professionals with a single, shared goal to promote our industry and highlight the many opportunities a career in construction here offers.

We plan to improve recruitment, retention, and create an educational pipeline of new and experienced talent to the construction industry in the East.

We were put together to develop, articulate, and build a new local industry-led solution to our long-term skills shortage issue. With a focus on professional careers and a commitment to a sustainable future, we are dedicated to strengthening the region’s economy and championing the next generation of construction leaders.
